Led the successful opening and positioning of a flagship beach resort in Bahrain, integrating operational, financial, marketing and revenue management strategies to achieve market preeminence and positioning the property in the top tier of the market directly competing with the Four Seasons and Ritz Carlton properties. Spearheaded the theming and concept development of eight world class F&B venues. Guided the redevelopment of Rotana’s standard operating procedures to position the property in the luxury tier. Under my leadership, Art Rotana earned the 2014 Seven Stars Luxury Hospitality and Lifestyle Awards for an opening hotel and was recognized as Bahrain's Leading Hotel in 2014.
